The Presidents Of The Two National Associations Jointly Led A Team To Inspect The High-quality Development Work Of Weihai City

On February 24th, Yang Chunguang, Chairman of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation, and Wang Shoujun, Chairman of the China Nuclear Society, visited Weihai City, Shandong Province to investigate and assist in high-quality development work. They conducted a full day of on-site visits and discussions on the construction and development of related industrial development bases in Huancui District and high-tech disciplines at Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), and reached key cooperation agreements. In the overall event, Chairman Wang Shoujun focused on the development and utilization of nuclear energy and the spatial development in Weihai City. Chairman Yang Chunguang expressed satisfaction at the healthy development of Weihai City and Huancui District in the environment of overcoming the epidemic and facing economic downturn. He discussed his feelings from five aspects: industrial transformation and intelligent improvement, ecological three-dimensional optimization characteristics, urban layout framework support, harmonious living environment and the spirit of struggle to support future development. He also put forward opinions and suggestions on the cooperation between Weihai City and Huancui District and the society in the process of high-quality development.
