The Society Holds A Conference On Supporting The Construction Of Free Trade Ports In The Second Office Area Of The Headquarters (Hainan)

In order to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the second office area of the headquarters of the association and assist in the construction and development of Hainan Free Trade Port, on August 20th, the association held a conference on assisting in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port at the International Academic Exchange Center of Hainan University (the second office area of the headquarters). The meeting was chaired by Comrade Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Society.

At the meeting, Yang Lianzi, the Executive Vice Chairman, read out the list of candidates recommended by the Society for the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General of the Second Office Secretariat. Following the procedure, Zhang Shiwen was elected as Secretary General, Tao Tan, He Yingjie, Ye Junyi, and Fu Shi were elected as Deputy Secretary General, and Advisor Zhang Xiyu issued an appointment certificate to the candidates. According to the meeting's requirements, Deputy Secretaries Tao Tan and He Yingjie respectively introduced the next steps of work ideas, and Advisor Zhang Xiyu summarized and summarized them. Subsequently, the Deputy Secretary General of Fu Shi led the study of the Anti Spy Law of the People's Republic of China, and Comrade Yang Lianzi, Zhang Shiwen, Li Xiaoqing, Zhang Haijian, Gao Wushi, Sui Yuan, Chen Mingliang, and Li Jinwang gave key speeches.

Chairman Yang Chunguang proposed five requirements in his concluding speech:

We must adhere to the Party's command and guns, wholeheartedly listen to the Party's words, do not discount or negotiate prices, always follow the Party (especially Communist Party members should play a leading role), and fulfill our promises.

The second is to consciously maintain internal political unity like safeguarding one's own life, adhere to the principle of democratic centralism, emphasize a high degree of centralization and unity, emphasize a resilient sense of cooperation, and vigorously promote the noble and upright spirit, high spirit, and vigorous vitality of the Communist Party team, in order to accumulate more positive energy for harmonious development.

The third is to maintain the good development, healthy development, and innovative development of the second office area of the society just like safeguarding one's own life. It is not easy to integrate into Hainan Free Trade Port, which embodies the hard work of many comrades. We should cherish the hard-earned good situation, be humble and cautious, guard against arrogance and impatience, continue to work tirelessly with the spirit and actions of perseverance, and strive to consolidate the foundation of development, striving to create a better future.

The fourth is to maintain national security, learn to be safe, and personal security as high as safeguarding one's own life. On the one hand, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the seriousness, complexity, and importance of the appearance of the Anti Spy Law in Taiwan based on the current situation, consciously learn the use of the law, and improve the awareness of the rule of law and the ability to counter it. On the other hand, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Central State Organ Working Committee, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, as well as the requirements of the Association's articles of association, we should consciously regulate and restrain ourselves, achieve and do a good job in anti-corruption and integrity, adhere to the law, "do not do small things for good, do small things for evil", withstand various environmental tests, be responsible to the Party and the people, and be responsible to individuals and family members.

The fifth is to maintain the overall situation of the construction of the free trade port as if maintaining one's own life. With a "home to home" mentality and action, with the warmth and positive energy of "family members", with all the strength that can be accumulated, we should wholeheartedly devote ourselves to the construction of the free trade port, and help the construction goals of the Hainan free trade port be achieved as scheduled.
