Four Trends In The Work Of The China Association For The Promotion Of International Economic And Technological Cooperation

（1） On the afternoon of September 4th, the Party Committee of the Society held a meeting of resident personnel to organize the study of "Emphasizing Strategic Strategy Issues" (Volume 2 of "Selected Readings of * * * Works"), and reported on recent work. The attendees freely discussed their learning experiences and had exchanges and discussions.

In his concluding speech, Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, pointed out that the recent development trend of the society's work is very good. We need to further strengthen the study and grasp of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and effectively understand, implement, and implement it in the overall situation of the society's work. We need to focus on achieving five new developments. Firstly, there should be new progress in the construction of high-quality teams; Secondly, there should be new progress in the interaction and cooperation of strong resources; Thirdly, targeted outward oriented cooperation should make new progress; Fourthly, there should be new progress in the systematization, regularization, and efficiency of the construction of the linked party; Fifth, there should be new progress in learning how to build informatization and automation.

（2） On the morning of September 5th, Li Gaodong, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Society, and Zhao Baohua, Chairman of the Han Monkey Group, who visited the Society, had an exchange and discussion on leveraging their respective strengths and strengthening cooperation between the two sides.

Han Hou Group was established in 2018 and is a solution provider for digital upgrading and digital asset chain up. As an alliance chain independently developed by the group, Han Monkey Chain has completed the registration of infrastructure providers in the Central Cyberspace Information Office. It is a national high-tech enterprise, specialized and innovative enterprise, and a quasi unicorn enterprise. The technological solution capabilities are mainly concentrated in three fields: blockchain, artificial intelligence, and metaverse. Both sides have reached cooperation intentions on areas such as artificial intelligence and digitization.

Society consultant Zhang Xiyu, investor Lv Ruipeng from Han Hou Group, Wang Xiao from Investment Office, and Zhang Qian from President Office attended the symposium.

（3） The 2023 China International Digital Economy Expo, an annual event in Hebei Province, held a grand opening ceremony from September 6th to September 8th in Shijiazhuang. Leaders of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, relevant ministries, and officials from relevant United Nations departments attended the opening ceremony. Ni Yuefeng announced the opening, and Wang Zhengpu, Zhao Zhiguo, Xu Haoliang, and Gree Gaoli delivered speeches. Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Society, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Expo online and delivered a speech at the drone sub forum held on the afternoon of September 7th.

Under the guidance of Comrade * * *'s ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Chinese economy has weathered the complex evolution of the world's century long changes and advanced tenaciously. Supporting this expo, professional competitions such as the Intelligent Robot Innovation and Entrepreneurship Invitational Tournament, Industrial Internet Application Innovation Competition, and 71 parallel forums, related industry ecological conferences, innovation achievement docking and release activities were also held. Over 10000 people signed up to participate in the forum, with over 100000 participants, making it an unprecedented and far-reaching event.

（4） According to the actual construction of the free trade port and the spirit of reform and development, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hainan Province recently approved the integration of Hainan Ocean Development Co., Ltd. and Hainan Nanhai Modern Fisheries Group to form Hainan Ocean Industry Group Co., Ltd., which was officially established on September 9, 2023.
