Taking the opportunity of the annual nuclear energy conference, we invited relevant officials from the China Association for Science and Technology and Shaanxi Province, especially several respected nuclear experts with white hair and youthful appearance, to attend (in my opinion, they are much more precious than the national treasure giant panda). The three generations of experts from all walks of life gathered together to discuss the nuclear power. The crowd was passionate, and over a thousand representatives attended, which was inspiring. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, Chinese nuclear energy personnel are striving to strive for excellence, striving to catch up with and surpass nuclear technology on a global scale, so as to raise the backbone of the Chinese nation and realize the dream of great rejuvenation. The deeper the autumn, the more beautiful it is. Today, we gather in the beautiful city of Shenzhen, a landmark of China's reform and opening up, to jointly attend the 2023 World Digital City Conference. First of all, on behalf of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation, allow me to express a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all leaders, friends, and guests from home and abroad for their arrival and support!

The 2023 World Digital City Conference is jointly hosted by five organizations, including the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation, and organized by the Shenzhen Smart City Industry Association and the Shenzhen Security and Prevention Industry Association. The theme is "Connecting the World, Perceiving the Future". With the joint efforts of the organizers and organizers, and after more than half a year of hard work, the grand opening ceremony is today. This is our specific practice and action to implement the important instructions of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, link the world, catch up with the world, and create a better future for China.

（4） The symposium on high-quality development of academic branches was successfully held in Shenzhen

In order to promote the in-depth development of the theme education activities of the society, and in conjunction with the work arrangement of the society as the year of investigation and research, the year of style construction, and the year of reform and development, Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, took advantage of the opportunity of our association to jointly hold the 2023 World Digital City Conference in Shenzhen.
