（1） The Party Branch of the Secretariat of the Society held a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the speech by the leader of the Supervision Group, Zhang Guangpei

On the afternoon of November 2nd, the Party Branch of the Secretariat of the Society held a special meeting in the conference room on the seventh floor of the Society to study and implement the spirit of the speech by the leader of the supervision group, Zhang Guangpei. Members of the Secretariat, active party members, Secretariat staff, and some branch heads attended the meeting. Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, presided over the meeting.

Comrade Guo Qiang, Acting Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Party Branch of the Secretariat of the Society, conveyed the "Opinions of the Party Branch of the Secretariat of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation on the Study and Implementation of the Speech by Zhang Guangpei, Leader of the Supervision Group". Comrade Li Gaodong, Organizational Member, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Party Branch, led the study of "Firmly Establishing the" Four Consciousnesses "and Maintaining the Authority of the Party Central Committee" (Volume 1 of Selected Readings of Xi Jinping Works). The participants exchanged learning experiences based on their thoughts and practical work.

Comrade Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, delivered a concluding speech. Leader Zhang Guangpei's speech closely followed the theme of the theme education carried out by the Party Central Committee. He placed high hopes on the Party building work and high-quality development of the society, which further clarified our work direction and strengthened our proactive capabilities. So, it is important to study diligently and meticulously. Secondly, we need to figure out how to implement it. According to the guidance of team leader Zhang Guangpei, through learning, we need to effectively improve our understanding, solve substantive ideological problems, achieve ear to ear, brain to heart, enhance our self-awareness to examine problems, find sources of service and development, and truthfully list problems and develop improvement measures one by one. We must implement the overall requirements of "learning ideology, strengthening party spirit, emphasizing practice, and building new achievements", and improve service awareness and ability. We need to conduct in-depth research in branch offices and member enterprises, talk to each other more, listen to opinions more, and promote the high-quality development of the society. In order to fully implement the major deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to strengthen industrial cooperation and development with ASEAN countries, actively undertake domestic and international industrial transfer, actively coordinate national strategies such as the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and promote new platforms, policies, and business opportunities for the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region held a promotion meeting for the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone (Beijing Tianjin Hebei) in Beijing on November 2, Attract more enterprises to pay attention, inspect, and invest in the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone, help create a convenient domestic and international dual circulation market operation, and promote the integrated development of the China ASEAN industrial chain supply chain. Zou Zhanye, a member of the Party Group of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Secretary and Director of the Beibu Gulf Office, delivered a speech at the conference. Huang Taiyan, former President of the Central University for Nationalities, attended the promotion meeting and delivered a keynote speech. The meeting was chaired by Tao Dewen, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Yang Chunguang pointed out in his speech that the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation has a glorious history of over 30 years, with a strong degree of socialization, marketization, and internationalization. It is a national level society that specializes in serving China's international economic and technological cooperation, and is also an important think tank for national level societies. Especially in strengthening park construction, expanding border economy and external relations, it plays an important role assigned by the state to the association, and jointly building the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone is also the function of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation. Currently, various global conflicts and conflicts of interest are frequent, and many places are like powder kegs, with weak global economic recovery. However, the consensus between China and peace loving countries is that the momentum of economic globalization cannot be changed, and the trend of international economic cooperation cannot be reversed. ASEAN is a key region to jointly build the "the Belt and Road". As a window for China to face ASEAN, the construction of the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone in Guangxi is of obvious importance. We have noticed that at the sixth session of the 14th National People's Congress, which ended on October 24, the issuance of 1 trillion yuan of central treasury bond was approved, and the issuance of 2.7 trillion yuan of local new local debt was also approved in advance, boosting China's macro-economy, and the construction of the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone was just in time. We hope that Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region can seize the opportunity, optimize the business environment, establish supporting facilities for parks, improve factor guarantees, focus on project implementation, strengthen the real economy, consolidate key industries, create industrial clusters, and increase publicity in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and other important regions, further improve the level of opening up to the outside world, and promote the high-quality development of the construction of the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone. I also hope that everyone can take advantage of the construction of the China ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone to "seek relatives" and visit Guangxi, share development opportunities, and achieve greater results.

The leaders of the people's governments of Nanning, Beihai, Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Yulin, Baise, and Chongzuo cities respectively made special recommendations on key industrial investment and cooperation projects in each district. More than 300 people, including leaders of the "Four Categories 500", specialized, refined, and new enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, as well as leaders of important business associations and target enterprises, attended the meeting. （3） China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation and China Electronic Chamber of Commerce held discussions and signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On the morning of November 3, 2023, at the invitation of President Wang Ning, Yang Chunguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Society, and his delegation made a special trip to the China Electronic Commerce Chamber to have friendly discussions and exchanges with President Wang Ning and others on the cooperation between the two conferences. Both sides introduced their respective meeting experiences and reached a consensus on future cooperation.

The China Electronic Chamber of Commerce provides daily services and business support to over 10000 member units through its own 8 systems, 9 platforms, 10 departments, as well as 6 industry alliances, 20 professional committees, and 21 local electronic chambers of commerce.

The Chamber of Commerce (CECC) is an important member of the World Electronic Forum (WEF) and maintains close cooperation and good business relationships with various electronic chambers of commerce, associations, and government agencies, such as the Electronic Industry Alliance of the United States, the Consumer Technology Association of the United States, the Electronic Information Technology Association of Japan, the Korea Electronics Industry Revitalization Association, the Japan Communications Trading Association, as well as the US Department of Commerce and the German Investment and Trade Agency.

After the sincere and enthusiastic discussion, both sides held a grand strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Li Gaodong, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation, and Peng Lihui, Secretary General of the China Electronic Commerce Chamber, respectively signed on behalf of their respective units.
