（1） Chairman Yang Chunguang was invited to attend the 2023 Asian E-commerce Ecological Conference and delivered a speech on behalf of the Society

On November 16, 2023, Chairman Yang Chunguang attended the opening ceremony of the Asian E-commerce Ecological Conference held in Baoding, Hebei Province, with the theme of "New E-commerce, New Ecology, and New Opportunities", at the invitation of the strategic partner of the Association, the China E-commerce Chamber of Commerce. He also delivered speeches together with Wang Ning, President of the China E-commerce Chamber of Commerce, Yan Jihong, Mayor of Baoding City, Jin Runtai, President of the Korean Online Shopping Association, and Zhang Zefeng, Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce. Subsequently, he also participated in the opening ceremony with Wang Ning, Jin Runtai, Yang Hongcan, Liu Chaorong, Zhang Zefeng, Party Xiaolong, Yan Jihong, and others on the same stage. Chen Baihun, Vice President of the Asian Academy of Digital Economy Sciences, and An Yuemin, Vice Mayor of Baoding City, respectively released the White Paper on Asian E-commerce and the Ten Policies Supporting High Quality Development of E-commerce and Investment Promotion in Baoding City at the opening ceremony. President Wang Ning and President Jin Runtai also presented the Outstanding Enterprise Award for Asian Network Live Broadcasting, Outstanding Enterprise Award for Asian Cross border E-commerce, and Outstanding Enterprise Award for Asian Television Shopping to key enterprises Five awards including the Asian Social Responsibility Contribution Enterprise Award and the Asian E-commerce Emerging Award were awarded, and a plaque ceremony was held for the "Asian E-commerce Ecological City" in Baoding City. The Asian E-commerce Ecosystem Conference was founded in 2008 and is jointly organized by industry organizations from the governments of China, Japan, and South Korea - the China E-commerce Chamber of Commerce, the Japan Communications Trading Association, and the Korea Online Shopping Association. On November 1, 2015, a tripartite cooperation agreement was signed during the sixth meeting of leaders from China, Japan, and South Korea to jointly promote information technology sharing in Northeast Asia and support the development of cross-border e-commerce ecology. The Asian Conference has been successfully held for thirteen sessions in Qingdao, Chongqing, Linyi, Chiba, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Seoul, Jeju Island, and other cities in China. It has facilitated equity financing of over 12 billion RMB among the three industries and achieved over 500 billion RMB in cross-border trade transactions. At present, it has become the largest industry festival in Asia related to e-commerce, TV shopping, mobile shopping, online live streaming, social e-commerce, supply chain cooperation, and third-party service providers. Good morning everyone!

It is an honor to attend the 2023 Asian E-commerce Ecological Conference in Baoding, a famous historical and cultural city in China. It is a pleasure to witness and hear firsthand the historic changes that have occurred in Baoding's implementation of the Xi Jinping new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also a great pleasure to note that in the context of the complex international situation, the rise of unilateralism and protectionism, and the obstruction of global industrial and supply chain cycles, The Asian E-commerce Ecosystem Conference has been successfully held multiple times, making efforts and contributions to provide factor combinations and further optimization for the entire field. This fully demonstrates that the Asian E-commerce Ecological Conference has fully demonstrated the important platform role of "letting the wind and waves rise, sitting firmly on the fishing platform", promoting safe development, peaceful development, and cooperative development, and is an important lever for the "interconnection" and "connectivity" of the community with a shared future for mankind. The convening of this conference will face a new historical stage, reconstruct new forms of e-commerce in Asia and even globally, and is of great significance in promoting the new economy of e-commerce, enhancing urban competitiveness and influence. We are pleased to see that currently, the overall development of e-commerce in Asia is relatively active, with Southeast Asia having a high internet penetration rate of 74%, which is higher than the average level in China and the world. Therefore, the potential for e-commerce development is enormous. From mature experience, the continuous increase in e-commerce penetration rate is a deterministic trend, which will also give birth to broad industry development space.

In addition, e-commerce markets in other Asian regions such as China, India, Japan, and South Korea are also showing a thriving trend. Among them, our country's e-commerce market has a huge scale and has become one of the largest e-commerce markets in the world. The e-commerce markets in India, Japan, and South Korea are also constantly expanding and becoming important pillars of local economic development.

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "promoting the optimization and upgrading of goods trade, innovating the development mechanism of service trade, developing digital trade, and accelerating the construction of a trading power" has pointed out the direction for the development of e-commerce in China. Promoting the liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment, accelerating the rapid flow of goods, services and people in the region, promoting bilateral, regional and multilateral cooperation, continuing to deepen the economic and trade cooperation of the "the Belt and Road", and expanding the network of globally oriented high standard free trade zones have become the goal of building a new development pattern and the development of China's e-commerce.

In order to ensure the healthy, stable, and high-quality development of the society, maintain a good image of the society, and enhance the brand of the society, two decisions have been made after deliberation at the fourth meeting of the sixth council on November 3, 2023:

1、 Renaming the Standard Work Management Office of the original society to the Society Project Supervision and Audit Team, led by Yang Lianzi, with members including Li Gaodong and Zhai Yu.

2、 In view of the negative impact on the society caused by the non-standard work system and credit issues of the Innovation and Credit Working Committee, Zhang Wenpeng, the Secretary General of the Working Committee, was given a face-to-face warning and a two-month suspension of standard business transactions.

（3） Learn to implement Vice Chairman in BeijingRotational duty system for concurrently serving as Secretary Generaldegree

According to the suggestion of Chairman Yang Chunguang, in conjunction with theme education activities, the Society will carry out supporting activities for the "Three Construction Years" of Investigation and Research Year, Work Style Construction Year, and Reform and Development Year. Based on the successful trial of branch office heads serving as rotating secretary-general recently, it is now determined that from December 1, 2023, the Society will implement a rotating duty system where the vice chairman and secretary-general of the Society will serve in Beijing. The on duty personnel started from Comrade Li Xiaoqing, and six comrades, Yang Lianzi, Cao Ruhua, Li Gaodong, Guo Qiang, and Wu Qiang, advanced in sequence, each on duty for one month. I hope my colleagues will abide by their responsibilities, fulfill their mission, and strive to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

（4） The Party Branch of the Secretariat of the Society carried out the seventh concentrated learning on theme education

On November 17th, the Party Branch of the Secretariat of the Society held its seventh centralized learning session on theme education. All Party members, active members, and staff members of the Secretariat participated in the centralized learning session, with Guo Qiang, the Acting Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Party Branch, presiding over the meeting.

Comrade Guo Qiang conveyed the spirit of the National Industry Association Chamber of Commerce Theme Education Learning Briefing; Li Gaodong, member of the Party branch organization, vice chairman, and secretary-general, led the study of "Never Forget Your Original Aspiration, Always Remember Your Mission" (Selected Readings of Xi Jinping Works, Volume 2).
