Seeing off the Year of the Rabbit, we successfully passed the Spring Festival of the the Year of the Loong. Today, everyone is rushing towards their job positions and starting a new job. This year's work tasks are very heavy. Overall, we must be guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Xi Jinping New Year's Speech, as well as the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and work hard to do it. As the chairman, I also have a responsibility to give a few words of encouragement to all colleagues.

One is that last year's work achievements were hard won and must be cherished and continued to be developed.
