Peng Liyuan Has Tea With The Wife Of The President Of Equatorial Guinea, Constantia

On the afternoon of May 28, 2024, Peng Liyuan, the wife of President Xi Jinping of Equatorial Guinea, held a tea gathering in Beijing to accompany his wife, Constantia, on her state visit to China.

Peng Liyuan appreciates Constantia's enthusiasm for social welfare undertakings, active support for women's entrepreneurship, and long-term commitment to education and healthcare work. Peng Liyuan said that China and Equatorial Guinea are good friends and partners who keep watch and help each other. She hoped that the two sides would carry out more exchanges and cooperation, jointly safeguard and promote women's rights and interests, and jointly improve the level of education and public health to benefit the people of the two countries.

Constantia introduced the work done by Equatorial Guinea in promoting women's employment, youth education, and assistance for people with disabilities.
