On December 16, 2023, at the invitation of President Rajaolina of the Republic of Madagascar, Hu Chunhua, Special Envoy of President Xi Jinping and Vice President of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, attended the inauguration ceremony of President Rajaolina in the capital city of Antananarivo.
